01 / Your own starting point
Your training stays personal.
Starting a fitness journey can feel like a solo effort. You follow your workouts, make your food choices and try to stay consistent without always knowing whether anyone else is doing the same.
The Train With Cuz Season Hub brings eligible clients into one shared 12-week challenge. You have your own program, your own targets and your own definition of progress, with a leaderboard and a community around you.
You might have recently joined the app and noticed the Season Hub, a leaderboard or a message about an upcoming challenge. This guide explains what it is, how to earn points and how to get involved.
The first thing to understand is that you keep following your own training program. Your workouts stay suited to your experience, goals and available training days.
One person might be following the Milestone Series, working through the foundations of strength training. Another might be completing Empower, focusing on building muscle and improving their physique.
Someone else could be following a football program, working through a home training plan, or completing personal training sessions with me.
All of these eligible clients can participate in the same challenge. Your program gives your training direction. The Season Hub gives us something to do together.

02 / Twelve weeks together
How does a season work?
Every Season Hub challenge runs for 12 weeks. During that period, you accumulate points through your training, cardio, nutrition, daily habits and fitness achievements.
As you engage with your program and work towards your goals, qualifying activities registered inside the app contribute to your challenge score. You can follow your position on the leaderboard alongside the other members of the community.
At the end of the 12 weeks, the leaderboard closes. The top three finishers are recognised, and the person with the highest total becomes our Season Champion.
We’ve been running these challenges since October 2023. Some people have won multiple seasons. Others have made significant improvements between them. Every new challenge gives someone else an opportunity to rise.
03 / Six ways to build your score
How do you earn points?
There are six scoring categories inside the Season Hub. Here’s how the points work in the current challenge setup.
| Activity or milestone | Points |
|---|---|
| Workout completed | 5 |
| Cardio activity completed | 3 |
| Personal best achieved | 1 |
| Daily nutrition goal achieved | 10 |
| Fitness goal achieved | 40 |
| Daily habit completed | 1 |
Scoring updated 20 September 2026. Earlier seasons used different values; their published results and recaps reflect those rules.
Points are automatically added when the qualifying activity or assigned goal is registered in the app. Make sure your workouts, cardio and goals are logged correctly.
Workouts · 5 points
Complete your scheduled workout and log it inside the app. That might be a full-body session, an upper/lower workout, a PT session or an additional gym WOD that fits your plan.
Cardio · 3 points
Walking, running, cycling, swimming and other cardio activities can contribute points when appropriately logged. You can build your score outside the weights room as well.
Personal bests · 1 point
Hit a new personal best during training? A qualifying PB recorded in the app contributes an additional point. It doesn’t have to mean lifting an enormous weight; it is progress against your own previous performance.
Daily nutrition · 10 points
Achieve your assigned daily nutrition goal to earn 10 points. Depending on your plan, that might mean meeting a calorie target, a protein target or both. We establish what is appropriate for you.
Want help getting started with food? Read how I use a seven-day food diary, calorie targets and protein goals in nutrition coaching.
Fitness goals · 40 points
Reach an assigned, active fitness milestone. This is where measurable results become part of the competition. The setup matters, so we’ll go through it below.
Daily habits · 1 point
Track your assigned habits, such as a daily step target, hydration, stretching or a sleep routine. Each completed habit contributes another point. Those small actions can add up across 12 weeks.

04 / Make your progress count
The 40-point fitness goal bonus.
I wanted the challenge to reward more than accumulating workouts. After all, we are training to achieve something.
Depending on your individual goals, the following assigned milestones can earn 40 points each.
| Activity or milestone | Points |
|---|---|
| Lose 1 kg of bodyweight | 40 |
| Reduce body fat by 1 percentage point | 40 |
| Gain 1 kg of lean body mass | 40 |
| Reduce combined body measurements by 10 cm | 40 |
These goals are individualised. Someone trying to gain size shouldn’t be expected to lose weight to compete. Someone already maintaining a lean physique may have a very different starting point and training focus.
An example, with goals already set up
Three milestones. Potentially 120 points.
A progress check-in records 1 kg lost, body fat reduced by 1 percentage point and the assigned 10 cm reduction in combined measurements. If all three active goals qualify and are registered, that is 40 + 40 + 40 = 120 points.
This is an illustration of the scoring, not an expected result from every check-in.
Your goals need to be set up first.
Message me so we can establish your starting measurements and appropriate targets. Your weigh-ins and progress measurements then allow the app to track the milestones.
The relevant goals need to be active for the bonuses to trigger. If you’re unsure what is currently set up for you, ask me before your next progress check-in.
05 / Your definition of progress
Do I have to lose weight?
No. You might be working towards more muscle, better running fitness, increased strength, a return to training or a more consistent weekly routine.
That is why everyone follows their own program. Workouts, cardio, nutrition, personal bests and habits all provide opportunities to participate. We can set suitable fitness milestones around your individual objectives where applicable.
Your progress doesn’t have to look like somebody else’s to be worth celebrating.
Different starting points mean different scoring opportunities. Keep the focus on the goals that make sense for you and the plan we have set up together.
06 / More than a leaderboard
What else is inside?
The leaderboard is one part of what I’m building. Throughout the season, I also share content and opportunities to get involved.
Weekly gym WODs
WOD stands for Workout of the Day. These are additional gym sessions with different themes and structures. Previous series include Pump Protocol, Titan Trials, Fortress Forge and Reset & Rebuild. Ask me how a featured session fits alongside your program.
Strive for 5 Run Club
Our progressive running series helps beginners build towards running 5 km continuously, developing fitness, confidence and pacing gradually.
Community newsletters
Challenge standings, workout milestones, new features and client achievements. It’s a way to keep up with what is happening across Train With Cuz.
New exercise demonstrations
I keep adding demonstrations to the app’s exercise library, giving you more guidance and options as your training develops.
Check-ins and progress tracking
Your check-ins, weigh-ins and measurements help me understand how your training is going and make adjustments when needed. The challenge gives you another reason to stay involved in that process.

07 / Access & cost
Who can join—and does it cost extra?
The Season Hub is included for eligible clients with active Train With Cuz coaching access. There is no separate challenge entry fee for eligible clients.
- Clients using Train Unlimited.
- Clients completing eligible standalone programs during their active coaching period.
- Clients with an active coaching arrangement that includes access to the app and Season Hub.
Keeping access to a purchased program after completion is different from having an active coaching period. If you’re unsure whether your current plan includes the Season Hub, message me and I’ll confirm your eligibility.
You do not need to be an experienced lifter, already be in great shape or follow the same program as everyone else. You need eligible access, a goal to work towards and a willingness to get involved.
08 / You can join along the way
What if the season has already started?
You can still participate. You don’t need to wait until the next challenge begins.
Once you have eligible active coaching access, message me and I can add you to the current challenge. You join at that point in the season, so you may have some catching up to do on the leaderboard.
We’ve had clients enter several weeks late and still finish near the top. But getting involved also gives you a chance to build your routine before the next season begins.
When the current challenge ends, we reset the leaderboard for the next 12-week season. You can continue participating while your eligible coaching access remains active. Check the app for the current dates and announcements.

From Cuz / Your journey, our community
Another reason to keep showing up.
I created the Season Hub because I wanted people using my app to feel part of something bigger than following a workout program on their phone.
I wanted to bring people together. To see other clients putting in the work. To have a little competition. To recognise progress.
You might enter your first season wanting to complete three workouts a week. Over time, you might also be tracking your nutrition, achieving personal bests and working towards a goal you previously struggled with.
That is the sort of progression I want to create.
Your training program gives you the direction. The Season Hub gives you the community, accountability and another reason to keep moving forward.
Start where you are. Get involved. Welcome to the Season Hub.
