PROGRAMS / INSIDE LEGION
Inside Legion:
build with a purpose.
If you want to build muscle but keep arriving at the gym without a clear plan, this is the thinking behind Legion—and how to find your starting point.

Give the work some direction.
Training hard is one part of it. Knowing what you’re working towards, what comes next and how the sessions fit together gives that effort a direction.
That’s where Legion comes in. It’s a three-stage gym series built around muscle development, with four sessions each week and a clear progression from foundations through to more demanding training.
You don’t have to figure out the whole trilogy on day one. Start with the stage that suits the way you train now.
WATCH THE TRAILER
A training series with its own identity.
The Roman theme runs through Legion’s workout language, phase names and introductions. It gives each chapter a sense of purpose and makes the series feel like something you’re working through.
Behind that identity is a practical gym plan. The exercises, loading and progression are what you turn up to do.
Three stages. One muscle-building focus.
The Bronze, Silver and Gold editions show where each program sits in the progression. They help you find your place; you don’t need to chase the highest tier to get useful training.
Bronze: build your foundation.
Legion I: Beginner Bulk runs for eight weeks, split into two four-week phases. It suits beginner to early-intermediate lifters who want a consistent body-part split, controlled repetitions and a clear routine.
Foundational Fortitude establishes the base. Imperial Ascendancy changes the exercises and progresses the workload, introducing more demanding methods where appropriate. The goal is to build lifting habits you can carry forward.
Silver: take on greater resistance.
Legion II: From Size to Strength is another eight-week program with two four-week phases. It suits intermediate lifters or people progressing from Legion I.
The Iron Fortress and Imperial Dominance build on the foundation with heavier loading and methods such as controlled eccentrics, rest-pause and cluster sets. The demand rises, but keeping your execution controlled still matters.
Gold: the final hypertrophy stage.
Legion III: From Strength to Sculpt runs for nine weeks across three three-week phases. It’s aimed at experienced intermediate to advanced lifters who are ready for more demanding volume and training methods.
The Iron Ascent, Forged Supremacy and The Emperor’s Sculpt develop the final stage. The muscle pairings change, and the work includes techniques such as extended sets, tempo changes and peak contractions. Muscle building remains the focus; “Sculpt” doesn’t mean this becomes a separate fat-loss plan.
What does a training week look like?
All three programs use four gym sessions per week. Legion I and II organise those sessions into Legs + Core, Chest + Triceps, Back + Biceps, and Shoulders + Core. Legion III changes the pairings while keeping the four-day structure.
You’ll need access to a suitably equipped gym. The plans use barbells, dumbbells, cables and machines, so this isn’t a dumbbells-only home program. Think about where those four sessions will fit in your week before choosing.

Start where the training suits you.
If you’re building consistency and learning to make your repetitions count, look at Legion I. If you already have that base and can handle greater resistance with control, explore Legion II. Legion III is there for lifters ready for the most demanding stage.
Finishing a program isn’t the only thing to consider before moving up. Your technique, recovery and confidence with the work matter too. If you’re unsure, tell me what you’ve been doing and I can help you choose.
The program lives in your app.
You’ll have the workouts to follow, exercise demonstrations, a place to record your training and coaching support. The point is to spend less time wondering what to do and more time following a plan you understand.
Legion gives the training its own character. You bring the consistency. Start with a stage you can commit to, learn the work and build from there.
